Hopefully they will announce it soon. Actually, they better announce something soon because apart from Halo: Reach and Gears 3 I have nothing else that to play for the mean time. Not worth keeping the console for just two games.

In my opinion, Home and XGR are both pointless.
This was one of the games I was most excited for in 2009... then, the reviews came and I completely lost interest.

Hardly, more like common sense. Check out the games that have been coming out lately, they've needed all the processing power they could get -- removing 10-40 of that power would be screw it up. Kotaku have commented on this, too. This guy knows what he is talking about:

Sony have said that this is the last God of War game they'll be making. Seems like the only logical ending to me... don't really see Kratos as the Happily-Ever-After kinda guy. lol
NextGN have been pretty reliable though. I actually think they are on Sony's press list... but yeah... i don't think a game like God of War can be spoiled (not like Heavy Rain anyway) its all about the blood and the cuts :D
